Although only small inside it can seat up to 20, enough to create a nice atmosphere and there is a massive terrace area with seating for up to 40 plus if required. The bar opens for a couple of hours at lunchtime then reopens from 8pm often to the early hours. The bar makes a very good profit from wet sales but also sells sandwiches, toasties and pies prepared in a small area behind the serving bar which is equipped with glasswasher, microwave, overhead extractor unit, ice fridge, bottle fridge and coffee machine which gets overworked preparing many coffee brandies.
The very low monthly rental of 505 euros and general low overheads means the bar is a nice little earner should you not mind the late nights.
